Richmond Woman Convicted on Drug Trafficking Charges

A federal jury has convicted a Richmond woman for trafficking oxycodone. On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, the jury convicted 65-year-old Patsy Wardle for conspiring to distribute oxycodone. According to trial testimony, Wardle, along with co-conspirators, worked together to distribute oxycodone throughout Richmond, Kentucky and surrounding areas. Her co-defendants pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute oxycodone prior to trial. Wardle is scheduled to be sentenced on August 29, 2019.
