The Floyd County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a deadly crash that happened early Friday morning.

The crash happened on Route 2030 in the Little Mud community of Harold.

Deputies said the vehicle was entering a curve when it left the road, went over an embankment and flipped over.

The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was killed. Police are not releasing the victim’s name until the family has been notified.

The driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, was killed. Police identified the victim as Brandon Maxwell Hunter, 37, of Shelbiana.

We do not know what caused the crash at this time.
