Hazard Police arrested five people Thursday after finding various drugs and paraphernalia.

Police got a call about possible drug activity at a local hotel, they did not specify which one.

Officers searched the room and found 494 grams of suspected meth, 118 grams of suspected cocaine and more than 7 grams of suspected heroin.

Police also found cash, baggies, scales and a gun.

Police arrested Carlin Estep of Lexington, Melissa Campbell of Hazard and Roy Sizemore of Rowdy on outstanding warrants.

Police also arrested William Evans and Samantha Johnson, both from Louisville, on several drug trafficking charges.

Officers took all five to the Kentucky River Regional Jail.
