Teresa Lynn Holbrook age 48 of Salyersville passed away on Friday evening November 15, 2019 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mount Vernon, Ky. She was born September 05, 1970 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Maston Holbrook and June Rowe Holbrook.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday November 21, 2019 from the Bethlehem To Calvary Apostolic Church with Larry Patrick and Johnny Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the Montgomery Cemetery at Oakley Kentucky. Friends may visit the church after 5:00 P.M. Tuesday November 19, 2019 all day Wednesday and any time prior to funeral services.
