Tonya Deen Coleman Bartley, 48 of Elkhorn City, Ky. passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Thursday. She is the daughter of Roger Dean and Wanda Sawyers Coleman.

A memorial service will be held at the Faith First Baptist Church at Regina, Ky. on Sunday at 6:00PM with visitation starting at 5:00PM. Officiating ministers will be Randy Bentley and Charles Justice.
