Eddie Dale Mitchell, 55 of Beaver, KY, passed away January 3, 2021 at UK Medical Center. Born July 18, 1965, he was the son of the late Daniel & Lois Howell Mitchell.

Visitation will be held Tuesday (January 5, 2021) and all day Wednesday (January 6, 2021) at the River of Life Freewill Baptist Church, Teaberry, KY.

Funeral services will be held Thursday (January 7, 2021) 1pm at the church with Doug Tackett officiating. Burial will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery, Beaver, KY.
