Charles Richard Lewis, age 62 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born March 20, 1958 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Betty Blair Lewis and the late Woodrow Lewis.

Visitation will begin Sunday, January 31, 2021 at 2pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 1st 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Lewis Cemetery, Merritt Branch, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
