The Kentucky State Police (KSP) Electronic Crime Branch arrested a Pendleton county man on charges of child sexual exploitation.

40 year old Justin Nueby was arrested following an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The investigation began following the discovery of the suspect viewing images of child sexual exploitation online.

Any equipment used to facilitate the crime has been seized and taken to the Kentucky State Police’s digital forensic laboratory for investigation.

Neuby is currently charged with one count of possession and viewing matter portraying a sexual performance of a minor – a class D felony.

The investigation is ongoing.
