Kentucky Governor Speaks on Loosening COVID19 Restrictions

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear spoke yesterday on the potential of re-opening the state, following states such as New Y0rk who are setting date to fully or mostly re-open their states. The governor has said that he believes the level of safety is directly related to the number of people vaccinated in the state, but as that number goes up restrictions will start to loosen. The Governor said that some restrictions will lift slowly as Kentucky gets close to the 2.5 million vaccine goal. Restrictions such as capacity limits in private gatherings and businesses will start to loosen as more people in the state are vaccinated. Beshear has also said that he does believe herd immunity is possible and that Kentucky may reach normalcy soon.
