Jack Smith age 92 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed from this life, Saturday May 15, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center. He was born January 28, 1929 in Pikeville A son of the late Columbus “Lum” and Lida Huffman Smith. Jack was an electrician, a member of the First Baptist Church of Pikeville and a veteran of the United States Army. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Audrey Hamilton Smith.

Jack will be missed but forever loved by his family and many friends.

Visitation will be on May 19th from 7-9pm at J.W. Call and Son Funeral Home

Funeral services will be held May 20th from 11am-12pm.

Burial will follow at Johnson Memorial Park.
