Inas Fern Smith, 88, of Phelps, KY, passed away Thursday July 15, 2021, at her residence. Inas was born July 17, 1932, in Logan, WV, to the late Andy Vance and Dolly Walker Vance.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 18, 2021, at the Peter Creek Primitive Baptist Church, beginning at 12 Noon with Jimmy Lee Smith, Jeff Dotson and Stevie Kinder officiating.  Burial will follow in the Dave Smith Cemetery, Phelps, KY, with her family and friends serving as pallbearers.  Visitation will be held after 6 PM Saturday, July 17, 2021, at the church with special services at 7 PM.  R.
