Patricia Sue “Trish” Cantrell Cook, 81, of Irmo, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 24, 2021. She was born to Daniel and Carrie Cantrell on November 12, 1939, along with her twin sister, Patsy Lou, in East Point, Kentucky, the last two of ten children.

A funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Phelps & Son Funeral Home, Paintsville, KY. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, KY, where she will be buried beside her sister, Patsy.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Heart of Hospice of the Midlands, Columbia, SC. heartofhospice.net/midlandssc
