Wade Douglas Cantrell, age 75, of Oil Springs died Sunday September 5, 2021. He was born July 4, 1946 to the late Burl and Gladys Meade Cantrell.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. on Wednesday from 1 P.M. to 8 P.M. and after 9 A.M. until time of services Thursday at the Preston Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Thursday in the Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Blair and James Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in the Jayne Cemetery at Staffordsville, KY.
