Ralph Rondall Scott, Jr., age 66, of Garrett, KY, husband of Angie D. Click Scott, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, KY.  He was born March 19, 1955 in Columbus, OH to Ralph R. Scott, Garrett, KY and the late Lou Henri Graves Scott.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Blaine Depoy officiating.  Burial will follow in the Scott Family Cemetery, Stone Coal, Garrett, KY, visitation is from 6 until 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, under direction of the Hall Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky.
