A pair of inmates have now been charged for their connection to a sexual assault at the Floyd County Detention Center.

 

37-year-old Michael D. Hall is accused of forcibly sodomizing another inmate.  28-year-old David Hood, is accused of holding that inmate down during the assault.

 

Hall now faces a charge of first-degree sodomy while Hood has been charged with complicity.

 

The two now face a potential prison sentence of between 10 and 20 years in prison, if convicted.
