A Magoffin County woman has been killed in a single vehicle crash. Sunday evening, Samantha Lykins, 29 of Saylersville had been driving on Old Burning Fork Road when her car left the roadway. Her car traveled over an embankment and struck a tree. Lykins was pronounced dead at the scene. This accident is currently under investigation by Magoffin County Police Department.
