Elizabeth Fletcher Stevens, age 71 of Salyersville passed away on Thursday September 16, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  She was born October 7, 1949 at Marshallville, Kentucky to the late Eddie and Nettie Fletcher.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from the New Life Worship Center with William Paul Perkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Ivyton Community Cemetery at Ivyton, Kentucky. Friends may visit church Monday, September 20, 2021 @ 6:00 pm,  all day Tuesday, and any time prior to funeral services on Wednesday.
