Kathy Ann Porter Smithers age 64 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Friday, September 17, 2021 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born March 23, 1957 in Salyersville, Kentucky to the late Ritter and Raymond Combs.

In addition to her parents, Kathy Ann is preceded by one son, Joseph Brian Smithers,
