Virginia Lea “Jenny” Clay, age 64 of Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.

 Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Friday, September 24, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5:00-9:00pm and on Thursday from 9:00am-9:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
