Charity Raye Fraley Donnelly, age 45 of Hager Hill, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at her residence.

Born Febuary 16, 1976 in Jonson County, she was the daughter Lillie Laudermilt and the late Marshall Fraley.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Friday, September 24, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. B. Joe Hill will officiate. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Friday from 1:00pm until time of service at 3:00pm.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
