Three women have now been indicted on felony charges and two men are facing misdemeanor charges following an attack captured on video back in April.

The incident occurred on April 4th, and the video shows a group of people exiting a pickup truck and assaulting Jerry Lee Coleman and Pam Coleman. According to police, this incident was only the latest round in an ongoing dispute between neighbors.

A Pike County Grand Jury indicted 52-year-old Teresa Taylor, 29-year-old Amber Chaney, and 31-year-old Briteny Johnson, all of Pikeville, on a charge of complicity to 2nd degree assault.

32-year-old Joshua Chaney was charged at the time of the incident with a misdemeanor count of 4th degree assault. His trial date is set for next week.

46-year-old David Taylor was named on a misdemeanor indictment, charging him with 4th degree assault. He was shot during the incident.

Currently, no charges have been filed against the Colemans.
