Tabatha Bartley, 38 of Mouthcard, Ky. was born on April 1, 1983 in Grundy, Va. and passed away at home on Friday, September 24, 2021. She was the daughter of Clifford Fuller of Grundy, Va. and Melissa (Gary) Adkins of Blaine, Ky.

Visitation will be from 6:00PM-10PM on Sunday, Sept. 26 and from 8:00AM-10:00PM on Monday, Sept. 27, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 28. 2021 at 1:00PM from the chapel. Ministers will be James Wright, Troy Looney and others. Burial will follow in the Harold Ramey Cemetery at Mouthcard, Ky.
