Joann Smith, age 57 of Kingsport, Tennessee, formerly of Floyd County, Kentucky, passed away on September 26, 2021 at Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, Tennessee. She was born September 16, 1961 in Covington, Kentucky to Joe (Deloris) Stewart of Hi Hat, Kentucky and the late Judith Ann Fry Stewart.

Visitation will begin Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home with additional services at 7pm with Bethel Bolen officiating

Graveside Services will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 at 1pm at The Independence Cemetery, Independence, Kentucky with Frank Stewart officiating
