John Dylan Moore 36 of Louisa, KY passed away Saturday October 9, 2021 at the Three Rivers Medical Center.
John was born October 10, 1984, at Louisa, the son of Barbara Jean Young Gray and the late William Chris Moore.
Graveside Funeral services will be held on Tuesday October 12th at 11:00 am at the Young Cemetery at Highway 1760 Louisa, KY. Friends may visit the family on Monday October 11th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
