Arbutus Jean Ratliff, age 91 of Flat Gap, Kentucky passed away Monday, October 25, 2021.

Born July 22, 1930 in Johnson County, she was the daughter of the late Malcolm Honeycutt and Sylvia Bolen Honeycutt.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Thursday, October 28, 2021 at the Southside Freewill Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Ratliff Cemetery, Paintsville. Friends may visit the church after 5:00pm Wednesday and anytime prior to the service on Thursday. Wayne Price will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
