Terry Lee Jarvis, age 52 of Chapel Hill, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee. He was born March 2, 1969 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to the late Estill & Betty Osborne Jarvis.

Visitation will begin Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Friday, January 14, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Jason Jarvis and Donnie Patrick officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
