Cynthia Ann Hernandez, age 58 of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the Jewish Hospital, Louisville, Kentucky. She was born February 7, 1963 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Millard & Marie Johnson Woodrow.

Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 from 5pm-8pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
