Arthur C. Miller, age 77 of Prestonsburg, passed away on January 11, 2022 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born October 24, 1944 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Rev. Dorse Miller and Sella Hayes Miller.

Visitation will begin Friday, January 14, 2022 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Saturday, January 15, 2022

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, January 16, 2022 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
