69-year-old Dale Williams and his daughter, 43-year-old Misty Williams were reported missing over a week ago. On Thursday night, volunteers with the Vicco and Lotts Creek Fire and Rescue discovered human remains near a creek bank in the Rowdy Community.

 

The Perry County Coroner’s Office was able to identify the body as 69-year-old Dale Williams.

 

According to police, the search for Misty Williams is still ongoing. Misty is 5-feet, 4-inches tall and weighs around 210 lbs. Misty is also said to have autism.

 

Anyone with any information about her location is asked to please call the Kentucky State Police in Hazard at 606-435-6069.

 

Williams’ body will be taken for an autopsy.

 

No foul play is suspected.
