Madlyn Louise Horn, age 63, passed away Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022 at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Madlyn was born on Feb. 15, 1958 to her parents Virgie Adams Lowe and the late Harold Dean Adams.

A memorial service for Madlyn will be announced at a later date.
