Elnora Marie Bartley, 83, passed away on Monday April 4, 2022. She was born in Elkhorn City, Kentucky in 1938 to Vernon and Hazel (Stapleton) Swiney. After graduating from Elkhorn High School, she moved to Chicago. She married Bent Justice, and they lived in Ohio until his death. She moved from Elkhorn City to Jacksonville in 1992 when she married Charles (Morrell) Bartley. In Jacksonville, she was a member of Christ’s Church on Starratt Road.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening April 7, 2022 from 6pm until 8pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, FL. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 09, 2022 at 2PM from the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel, Elkhorn City, KY with Greg Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
