Robert Earl Bartley, 98 of Ashcamp, KY passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022, at his residence. Earl was a retired coal miner and a member of the Church of Christ, a US Marine Veteran, and a Mason. He was born on February 18, 1924, in David, KY to the late Paris Bartley and Maudie McCoy Bartley.

The visitation will be from 6-10 PM Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the original Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 11AM from the chapel with Jim Ed Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
