Five Arrested On Toler Creek During Joint Investigation

An update from the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department:

FCSO Deputies along with Pikeville PD and KSP conducted a joint investigation into the alleged illegal drug trafficking and stolen property at a residence on Toler Creek.  During their investigation, Pikeville officers recovered property that had been reported stolen in Pikeville and Deputies discovered 40 grams of crystal meth, digital scales and other drugs and paraphernalia along with a firearm.

 

Arrested was Terry Rogers, age 48 of Toler Creek, and he was charged with:

 

(1) Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st (Crystal Meth)

 

(2) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia along with other drug related charges. 

Deputies also arrested four other individuals from Rogers’s residence, all on outstanding warrants.  Everyone was transported and lodged in the Floyd Co Jail.
