Brad Blackburn, age 47, of River died Monday May 30, 2022 at his residence. He was born September 30, 1974 in Marion, IN to the late Teresa Conley Music. On April 1, 2022 in Oil Springs he married Tonya Stevens Blackburn who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by one step son: Preston Scholl; one step daughter: Bailyn Thompson; one sister: Patricia Stumbo; and one God sister: Gina Rae Robinson. A memorial visitation will be held at the Preston Funeral Home from 6 P.M. until 8 P.M. Thursday June 2, 2022.
