Phillip DeRae Crisp, age 67 of Banner, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 at his residence. He was born March 14, 1955 in Martin, Kentucky to the late Richard & Bonnie Mae Hale Crisp.

Visitation will begin Monday, March 6, 2023 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Ronnie Spriggs officiating

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
