Today marks the 5 year anniversary of the death of Pikeville Police Officer Scotty Hamiltion. Officer Hamiliton was shot and killed in the line of duty on March 13th, 2018.

Those with the City of Pikeville said they continue to keep Hamiliton’s family and friends in their hearts as they honor and remember him.

Officials with the Pikeville Police Department share the same sentiment as they said they love and miss hamilton. They honor Hamilton with the quote “A hero remembered is a hero never forgotten.”
