Martha Jean Phelps Conley age 76 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Sunday afternoon July 16, 2023 at the St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. She was born November 27, 1946 in Newark, Ohio to the late Charles and Rita Jurden Phelps.

Survived by her husband, Ray Conley, two daughters, Christie (Levod) Jones of Indiana, Melissa (Bobbi) Collins of Stambaugh, Kentucky, one brother, Larry (Karen) Phelps of Ohio, four grandchildren, Brittany (Nick) Reed, Amber (Josh) Fletcher, Devon Jones, Olivia Jones, five great grandchildren, Emily Reed, Braxton Reed, Jacob Reed, Mason Reynolds, and Aubrey Reynolds.

In addition to her parents, Martha is preceded in death by one brother, Bill Phelps.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 20, 2023 from the Elk Creek Freewill Baptist Church with Allision Howard officiating. Friends may visit the church Wednesday, July 19, 2023 after 6:00 P.M. and any time prior to funeral services.
