Tamara “Tammy” Mullins age 63 of McRoberts, formerly of Churchill, TN, passed away Monday, July 17, 2023, at the Whitesburg ARH, after a lengthy illness with her loving sisters Ann and Brenda by her bedside. She was born on January 2, 1960, to the late Zack Burke and Gertie Isaac Burke.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years; Silas Mullins, four brothers; Zack Burke Jr, Jack Burke, infant brother, Gene Allen Burke and Rodney Allen Burke, two sisters; Faye Noel, infant, Carey Jean Burke.
Leaving to mourn her passing are two sisters; Ann (Hillard) Hall of McRoberts and Brenda Burke of McRoberts, her loving sister-in-law; Elsie Burke of Virgie, several nieces, and nephews, along with a host of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00PM at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home with Free Will Baptist Ministers officiating. Burial will follow in the Mullins Family Cemetery at Birchfield, VA. Visitation will begin on Wednesday after 6:00PM at the Funeral Home with Thursday night services beginning at 7:00PM.
