The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is warning the public of a scam that’s going around Martin County.

Officials are saying that a scammer has been impersonating the Martin County Sheriff’s Office and contacting the public to ask for money. The sheriff’s office said they are not soliciting money. 

Officials are asking anyone who receives this scam call to contact the Martin County Sheriff’s Office at 606-298-2828 to report the call.
