Charles Edward Foley, age 58 of Irvine, Kentucky, passed away at the Marcum Wallace Memorial Hospital in Irvine, Kentucky. He was born April 10, 1965 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Samuel Foley & Christine Ratliff Golden. He was a hotel manager for Holiday Inn Prestonsburg and a member of Brandy Keg Freewill Baptist Church. He is survived by his Son: Aaron (Kristen) Foley of Richmond, Kentucky; Daughter: Courtney (Elliott) Baldridge of Richmond, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Lila Jane Baldridge & Maxwell Elliott Baldridge; Brother: Robert Foley of Allen, Kentucky; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister: Peggy Howell. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023 from 11am-1pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Prestonsburg, Kentucky with Seth Carter officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
