The Pikeville Police Department will be having a ‘Coffee with a Cop’ event on March 13. The date also has a significant meaning to the officers as it provides another way to remember and honor Officer Scotty Hamilton. Many departments across the region have conducted similar events; however, this is the first one being held by the Pikeville Police Department. Coffee with a Cop’ will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Heavenly Donuts located at 404 South Mayo Trail, Pikeville.
