A Floyd County School District employee has been indicted on rape and sodomy charges. John Martin, of Drift, Ky, was indicted by a Floyd County Grand Jury on charges of first-degree rape and first-degree sodomy. The indictment said the offenses were committed between August 1995 and June 1997. WYMT was able to confirm that Martin is an employee of the Floyd County School District.
