Funding has been secured for improvements to the water system in Martin County, officials with Congressman Hal Rogers’ Office announced Tuesday morning. After signing the federal Consolidations Appropriations Act of 2024, the funding secured to improve the system was $5 million. Officials said $18.5 million in federal funding has been secured for Martin County water and wastewater improvements by Congressman Rogers since 2017.
