Officials with the Harlan County Coroner’s Office and troopers with Kentucky State Police are investigating a deadly crash that happened on Tuesday. Officials with the coroner’s office were notified about the crash by the ARH Emergency Department. Eva Sue Noe, of Cawood, died as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash. Officials discovered Noe had been involved in a crash that happened on U.S. 421 in the Grays Knob community.
