After a three year investigation by Kentucky State Police and the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department, the Rowan County Grand Jury returned multiple indictments on three individuals. The indictments were returned after multiple search warrants were executed at Lying Lee’s Auto Sales and related properties in 2013. The accused, Martin Stevens, 61, Darrel Conn, 53, and Randall Conn, 65, were charged with a total of 14 charges related to forgery, chop shop, and stolen firearm related charges.
