On Friday, July 14, attorney Eric C. Conn was sentenced to 12 years in prison for his part in a social security disability fraud scheme. Conn, who reportedly fled the country last month after removing his ankle monitoring bracelet near Lexington, was not in attendance for the sentencing. Conn is still currently wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which is offering a $20,000 award for information leading to his arrest.
