With the Jenny Wiley Festival quickly approaching, Floyd County officials have to make adjustments. According to a release from Douglas Ray Hall, the Floyd County Justice Center will be closed today, and the rest of the week, due to parking restriction brought on by the festival. However The McDowell Branch of Driver’s License will open Thursday and Friday, from 8 am until 4 pm.
