Roy Douglas Noe, 68, of Fort Gay, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, January 24, 2020 after a battle with cancer. Mr. Noe was born April 4, 1951 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Fred and Louise Hill Noe.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Rick May officiating. Friends may visit the family on Monday, January 27 from 6-9 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home.
