The incident occurred on Friday night on route 60 near the KYOVA mall in Cannonsburg. According to officials, 51 year old Tammy Hall of Ashland received serious injuries after an unnamed driver who ran a red light struck her vehicle. While Hall was pronounced dead at the scene the driver of the vehicle she was in was transported to Ca bell-Huntington where they are listed in stable condition. The crash is still under investigation, but officials do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor.
