Officials see an increase in animal complaints

Deputies say usually they get around 3 calls a week regarding animal complaints, but now they get complaints everyday. Which leaves them with about 20 hours a week to dedicate toward animal abuse cases. Officials also say the call range from animal cruelty to noise complaints.
